The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe will host a Friendship Ceremony for Academy Award Winning Actor Kevin Costner at the Royal River Casino, 11:00 a.m., Sunday, September 20th. Costner will be in South Dakota attending the 3rd Annual South Dakota Film Festival which is, celebrating the 20th anniversary of filming “Dances With Wolves.” During his Sunday appearance here, there will be an announcement on expansion of the “Northern Route to The Black Hills” Tourist Association. There is no charge for the event.
