lily and caroline hecht are actually bartenders at local 121. they're both from california- and they've both got that west coast pretentiousness to them. it's quite interesting to have kevin costner's daughter serve you beer though- you never feel like you tip enough.
lol! I'm sure she doesn't expect anything more than the going rate for tips although I would think you get great service with a friendly and lovely smile, right?
