Excerpt from the PGA Tour Report: Round 3: AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am 3:51pm Golf opens musical door for Costner Blame the movie Tin Cup for Kevin Costner’s interest in golf. “My life went dark after that movie,” Costner told Peter Kostis during Saturday’s third round. “Nothing’s been the same since I took up golf.” That said, he can also blame the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am for rekindling his interest in music. “I started playing music again after these golf tournaments,” said Costner, who performs in the band Modern West.
