Kevin Costner and Modern West will play at the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg for the V International Festival youth music culture, "White Nights of St. Petersburg" at the final concert on July 9th. The main purpose of the festival is to enable young musicians from different countries to sing on the big stage on July 7th and 8th.
