Quote: A source close to the production of “Batman: The Dark Knight Rises” has it that Academy Award winning director/actor Kevin Costner will make a brief, but all too real appearance in Christopher Nolan’s “Dark Knight” follow-up. Costner was recently cast as Jonathan Kent in Zack Snyder’s “Superman: Man of Steel.” Speculation is that this is a crossover move for a future Batman/Superman “World’s Finest” feature. The plot information is vague, but what can be gathered is Jonathan Kent is in Gotham City on some type of business....“The Dark Knight Rises” will be released on July 20th, 2012.
